Supreme Service Includes:

  • PRE-INSPECTION- Before starting the cleaning process, the carpet is thoroughly inspected paying close attention to any special concern areas.

  • TRAFFIC AREA PRECONDITIONING- Specially formulated preconditioning agents, that work much the same as a laundry presoak, are applied to traffic areas to lubricate and break down soil and oils to assure maximum soil removal.

  • SPOT REMOVAL- Special cleaning solutions are applied to stubborn spots to assist in their removal when possible, during the cleaning process.

  • FURNITURE MOVING- We will move furniture during cleaning, some items such as pianos and china cabinets cannot be moved. Your furniture will be protected from residual moisture by blocks and tabs.

  • HEAVY DUTY HOT WATER EXTRACTION- Power assisted FORWARD/REVERSE BRUSH action allows for the extractor to clean carpet fibers in both directions for more effective cleaning.
